All the paper machine functions are driven and controlled by the latest process control systems. Plant operation is optimised for the production team thanks to continuoius visualisation.
Guaranteeing good runnability
State-of-the-art headboxes (circular distributor, dilution water control with 40 mixer units) ensure optimum profile control, which is a basic condition for good paper runnability in the corrugators.
High Tech and Know how
A high-quality soft online calendar ensures that we can produce excellent printing on our white and mottled testliner products. We use up-to-date quality engineering to ensure a consistent product quality within the strictest tolerances, both lengthwise and crosswise.
Efficient quality management (ISO 9001:2000)
The paper is vetted once again in a well-equipped laboratory and is then made available to our customers. Parameters relevant to quality are stored long-term to ensure complete traceability.
