Which personal data do we collect and for what purpose do we use it?

Online applications​
Our website has an online application system. In order to process your application, your application documents are processed by storing and processing the following personal data:

Telephone number

Appendices for letter of application, curriculum vitae, references and other documents

Your electronic application data is forwarded to our human resources department for further processing. We would like to point out that applications that you send to us by email will be transmitted to us unencrypted.

How long will my personal data be stored?

We do not store your data longer than we need to for the respective processing purposes. If the data is no longer required for the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations, these data will be deleted. The following are the storage periods that we set: 
immediately or at the latest 12 months after completing the application process.


Does the non-provision of personal data have any effects?

The non-provision of personal data can have different consequences. In general, we cannot process the services run on the website (online application) without your personal data.
